Built for the way people actually use their rigs

An RV or a boat is a seasonal thing. It sits for months, then you need it on a Friday afternoon with the family already loaded in the truck. Storage that makes that hard is storage you resent.

We have more parking spaces than most local options, current security systems, and access hours that let you hitch up when you are actually leaving — not when an office decides to open.

  • Class A, B and C motorhomes
  • Travel trailers and fifth wheels
  • Boats on trailers, from fishing boats to wake boats
  • Utility, cargo and equipment trailers
  • Off-season storage or year-round parking

Before you park it for the season

A few minutes of prep saves an expensive spring. Empty and flush the tanks, disconnect or tend the battery, and get the tires up to pressure so they do not flat-spot. On a boat, drain the water, pull the drain plug and cover it properly. And take a photo of the rig the day you park it — it makes any insurance conversation later a great deal shorter.

Not sure what size space your setup needs? Measure bumper to bumper including the tongue and the ladder, then call us with that number.

Common questions

What size RV or boat can you fit?

We have a range of parking space sizes. Measure your rig end to end including the tongue, hitch and any rear-mounted rack, then call (541) 879-0698 with that measurement and we will match it to what is open.

Is the RV and boat parking covered?

Call us for the current mix of covered and uncovered spaces — availability changes through the season and we would rather tell you what is actually free today.

Can I get to my RV whenever I want?

Gate access runs 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day, seven days a week — which covers the early Friday starts and the late Sunday returns that seasonal vehicles actually get used for.

Do you store trailers without a vehicle attached?

Yes. Utility, cargo and equipment trailers are welcome, and it is a common arrangement for local contractors and landscapers.
