Dutton Road
700 West Dutton Road, White City
Dedicated parking for motorhomes, travel trailers, boats and utility trailers. Parking only — there is no office and no indoor storage at this address.

The Dutton Road yard bills separately. If you rent at both addresses you have an account at both, with its own login and its own due date.

Your rental agreement and your monthly invoice both name the address. If you cannot find either, call (541) 879-0698 during office hours and we will look it up in about a minute — we only have two lists to check.
Rough rule of thumb: if you have ever walked into an office to pay, you are on Leigh Way. If you only ever drive through a gate to a parking space, check Dutton Road first.
Would rather do it in person?
Everything above can also be done at a desk, by a person, with the unit open in front of you. It is still the best way to buy storage: a 10×10 on a screen and a 10×10 with your sofa in it are different objects.

Questions about renting and paying online
Can I rent a unit entirely online, without coming in?
Yes. Pick the size, sign the agreement and pay the first month in the portal, and you will get your gate code without speaking to anyone. Plenty of people move in the same day.
Why are there two different logins?
Because there are two properties, and the management software keeps an account per property. It is not ideal, and it is the one thing we would change about it. If you rent at both, keep both bookmarked.
Is there a fee for paying online?
No. Online payment and automatic payments cost the same as paying at the desk.
What if the size I want is not showing as available?
The portal only lists what is genuinely free right now. Call (541) 879-0698 — we usually know what is being vacated in the next week or two, which the portal does not.
Can I still pay at the office?
Yes, during office hours at Leigh Way. The portal is there so you do not have to, not because we stopped taking payments in person.
