What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. Our only office is at Leigh Way so we want to let our customers now that they can rent in person for both locations.
What are the access hours?
Our customers can access their units from 6 AM to 10 PM.
How do I rent a unit?
Renting is simple! Rent a storage unit online, call us, or visit our Leigh Way location during office hours. You can pay with cash, check, and ach in addition to credit/debit cards. Our friendly staff will guide you through the process.
What lease options are available?
We offer flexible month-to-month rental agreements. No long-term commitment required.
How can I pay for my storage unit?
You can easily pay your bill online or in person with cash, check, and ach in addition to credit/debit cards. Set up autopay to avoid missing a payment.
What items are prohibited in my storage unit?
For safety, storing flammable or hazardous materials, perishables, weapons, plants, or animals is strictly prohibited.
What security features does Best Homes Storage provide?
Our facilities are fully fenced with gated access, individual gate codes, and 24/7 video surveillance for your peace of mind.

What is the move out proceedure?
Give a 10 day notice by phone or email. Leave unit unlocked and clean and send a picture of the empty unit. Move out is not prorated.
Can I pay my storage bill online?
Of course. Pay your monthly storage bill online using a debit or credit card.
What types of storage units do you offer?
We offer standard units at all of our facilities. On SR-15 in Warsaw we also offer climate-controlled storage units.
What locations have kiosk machines?
We have 5 locations that have kiosk machines. SR-15 in Warsaw, Nappanee W Market St, Bremen and Winona Lake all have machines that accept credit cards and cash. The Pierceton kiosk accepts credit card payments only. You can rent units, look up gate codes, and make payments at these machines. Note-the kiosk will not take payments over 30 days late.
Do I need a climate-controlled storage unit?
It depends on what items you intend to store. Climate-controlled storage units are the best places to store environmentally-sensitive items such as artwork, wine collections, documents, household appliances, photos, and other items that may be susceptible to damage from intense weather conditions. Note: Climate Control ONLY available at Warsaw SR15 location
